The hand truck has one, 2-piece web strap with a ratchet type tightener and automatic recoil for quick and secure loading, padded with non-marking rubber uprights and soft, protective-felt cross members, 8"x2" cushion tread rubber wheels and stair roller bearing crawler treads. Available in three heights.
